Mystery Shopping is the process of using trained shoppers to anonymously experience and evaluate your customer service. This process provides you with a expert assessment of your employee's performance and all the variables that effect your customer's experience and satisfaction.

This program will provide you with the tools to measure the performance of your employees. The expert assessments from the Mystery Shopper's visit will provide in detail your staff's strengths and highlight areas requiring additional attention or training.

Mystery Shopping will provide your decision-makers with information to increase sales, profits, customer satisfaction, and enhance your employee's performance.
